Tampa Kindergarten Teacher Wins $50,000 from KW “Closer to Home” Sweepstakes
I was pretty excited when I heard that the winner of Keller William’s nationwide “Closer to Home” sweepstakes winner was a kindergarten teacher right here in Tampa.
The $50,000 winner was a local working with an agent in my KW New Tampa office! It was very exciting to be a part of the celebration. Watching her and her husband receive the check was an emotional experience I’m honored to have been a part of. (I’m in that top photo, by the way.)
Susan and her husband, Ken, were renting in Tampa while working with their Keller Williams agent Gail Sardegna to find a home.
As per their Realtor’s advice, they downloaded the Keller Williams Mobile Property Search App and entered the “Closer to Home” sweepstakes with the touch of a button.
Susan loved searching for homes on the app: “I’m on it all the time!” she said. She had forgotten all about the contest and could hardly believe it when she was contacted to learn that she’d won.
