How to Make Your Own Cheap Air Fresheners
A great way to freshen up your fridge is by using baking soda to absorb any odors.
You could just open up a box and stick it in the back, but I’ve knocked that over before and, well… cleaning a pile of powder out of the back of the fridge, and off the containers that were surrounding the box, is not all that fun.
Instead, you could take a coffee filter, fill it with a couple tablespoons of baking soda, and tie it shut with twine. Then throw that in the fridge. No spillage possibilities! But because it’s porous, the baking soda will still absorbs odors.
You could also fill the coffee filter with lavender and throw one in each of your closets to keep your clothes and linens fresh!
