Why You Should Join Keller Williams Realty: Culture

RED DAY Keller Williams

Got Culture?  Keller Williams does!

But what IS Culture?  Culture is what comes from our mission statement:

“Our mission is to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.”

Those aren’t just pretty words to Keller Williams real estate agents.  They’re a way of life.

Here are some examples of our Culture:

And these examples are just the beginning.  There is more to Keller Williams Culture:

RED Day:  RED (Renew, Energize, and Donate) Day is a yearly opportunity for Keller Williams Agents to give back to the communities where they live.

KW Wellness Program:  Keller Williams is one of the few realty companies that provide affordable health coverage for their agents.

KW Cares:  KW Cares is a public charity supported by all our associates across North America, designed to help fellow KW associates in times of need.

Agent Leadership Council:  members from each Market Center (office) meet monthly to direct decisions on how individual offices operate.

Reaching Out In The Community:  Our involvement includes numerous local charities and a 10% tithe to selected charities by KW Cares.  Some of these charities include Ryan’s Well Foundation, Homes For Our Troops, and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
