This modern farmhouse design features clean lines and great attention to detail.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a 3-car garage, and an optional storage garage in the walk-out basement.
This home brings the outdoors in with plentiful windows, a large back deck, and a wraparound front porch.
Luxurious details include built-ins throughout the home and fireplaces in the master suite, the main level family room, and the basement game room.
Storage is also abundant with coat closets and personal lockers in the mud room, expansive counter space and cabinetry in the laundry room, a walk-in-pantry in the butler’s pantry off the kitchen, a storage room with built-ins in the basement, and two very large walk-in-closets in the master suite with built-ins and a storage island in the closet off of the amenity-filled master bathroom.
From the massive center island in the kitchen to the freestanding tub in the master bath to the built-in home office desk on the staircase landing to the basement kitchen in the game room that stretches the entire width of the house, you’ll love calling this modern farmhouse home!

I’m a sucker for doll houses.
I can’t help it. I love all things tiny and cute and adorable.
But these doll houses are really something special: they’ve all been created by architects and designers. They’re like vibrant, playful, exciting versions of architectural models.
A Doll’s House is a competition of 20 architects and designers who constructed doll houses for the 21st century. The doll houses will be auctioned off for charity. All proceeds support KIDS.
I would love just about any of them in my house, and I think my kids would, too. Here are a few of my favorites:
