That’s why I like these new videos from Shea Homes. They show you how to do simple repairs and upkeep around your home, like changing your air conditioning filter, changing your smoke detector batteries, and resetting your ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
Now, these are things that many homeowners already know how to do, but if you’re new to home ownership (or your go-to handyman has moved) and you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by all of the new responsibilities you’ve taken on, watching these short videos is a good way to boost your confidence.
