Residential construction is finally making a comeback! The recovery really started showing back in March, when construction began on over a million homes all across the U.S.
That was the first time that had happened in nearly 5 years.
This surge is especially focused in five states: Arizona, California, Texas, Colorado, and, of course, Florida.
It’s estimated that there will be 632,000 new homes built in Florida in 2013 and that number will grow to 796,000 in 2014.
