I just had to share a photo of one of our beautiful Lutz / Land O’ Lakes sunsets.
This photo’s actually a little blurry, since I took it with my cell phone, but it still shows some of the brilliant colors that adorn our evening skies on the west coast of Florida.
Find your own piece of Floridian paradise from which to enjoy the sunsets at Rosemary Sells Tampa.
This stately English Tudor home is situated on over an acre and a half in the prestigious Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
The home is nestled up to a pond and a conservation area with a bird sanctuary, with a view of the 14th fairway of one of two 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature golf courses.
This Tudor is a perfect combination of modern amenities and traditional design.
The two-story living room is lighted by massive, stacked windows which illuminate the gorgeous stone of the two-story, wood-burning fireplace. At the top of a playful spiral staircase is an open yet cozy library loft.
One of the two elegant master suites features a fireplace, french doors to a patio overlooking the golf course, and a bathroom highlighted by an antique footed tub and marble shower.

The construction of the massive outlet mall of Cypress Town Center was originally proposed in 2004. But there are wetland to be considered, and environmental litigation held up the construction for many years.
They’ve finally received another permit to build from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and they’re expecting construction to begin as early as next summer. The finished mall should be complete in the summer of 2015.
Stores that are expected to fill the 50 acre, open air shopping center include Saks “Off Fifth” Ave, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Coach, J.Crew and Nike. There may also be adjacent hotels, commercial, and mixed-use residential buildings in the future.
The mall will be located near the intersection of S.R. 56 and Interstate 75.

A reclaimed water reservoir is being constructed in Pasco County. The current Wesley Center Wastewater Treatment Facility is located east of I-75, about halfway between State Roads 54 and 52. The new facility will be just north of the current one, on Boyette Road.
It was begun in July of 2013 and is set to be completed by February 2015, with an estimated cost of $31.4 million.
The reservoir will hold 500-million-gallons of reclaimed water, increasing availability of reclaimed water for lawn and landscape irrigation for residents of Pasco.
It will provide increased storage for the Pasco County Master Reuse System, and its purple pipes that distribute water throughout the county.
Below are before and projected after photos of the site, and photos of the ongoing construction.
